What is The AWAKE Conference?

AWAKE is a local church student conference that is founded on the belief that our faith is not meant to be idle, hidden, or contained but instead lived out AWAKE in Christ! We want to see this generation empowered by Jesus, equipped to make a difference, and living out their faith every day! In 2013, God laid a vision on the heart of our student ministry team to bring local church youth groups together from all over the midwest for a 24-hour experience. The vision for the weekend would simply be this: worship, prayer, and focused teaching on one thing- this generation becoming AWAKE. It is our prayer that students and youth leaders leave the conference refreshed, equipped, and inspired to live AWAKE at home, in the local church, in their cities, and around the world.

Who can attend The AWAKE Conference?

AWAKE is designed for junior high (6th-8th grade) and high school (9th-12th grade) students. Adult student ministry leaders are encouraged to attend with the students they lead.

When does registration begin and end?

What is the schedule for the AWAKE Conference? 

Doors to the conference will open at 6:00 p.m. We open registration and check-in early to help accommodate those that are traveling from out-of-town. The conference will conclude on Saturday, February 24 at 6:00 p.m.

Registration

What is the cost of AWAKE?

Pricing for AWAKE varies depending on when you register. Please note that there is an early bird price break leading up to conference, so the sooner you register, the more you save! 
  • NOW through the end of the year: $55
  • Beginning January 1st: $75

What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers your conference admission and meals only. You may want to bring additional money to purchase AWAKE merchandise.

Can registrations be cancelled or transferred?

Registrations for AWAKE 2024 are both non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Do I have to register or can I do it at the door?

Although there may be an opportunity to register at the door, we encourage you to register as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly for your experience. In the likely event that AWAKE sells out, we cannot guarantee availability at the door

Are there day or session passes available?

Day and session passes are not available. We recommend that you reserve your place now by registering in full for the conference.

If I register as a youth leader, am I still able to attend all the sessions?

Yes! Every registration gives you access to all sessions of the AWAKE Conference.

When will I receive my ticket/lanyard/wristband?

You may pick up your lanyard between 6:00pm and 7:00pm on February 23, 2024 at the Hub. Your lanyard will serve as your ticket and admission for AWAKE, don’t lose it!

Food

How do I eat during the conference?

We recommend that you stay on-site for meals when possible. Eating a meal offsite will not work well with the conference schedule. For your convenience we will have meals provided during breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks throughout the conference.

I have a student with a food allergy, what should I do?

Please contact Kelsey at kelsey@thebridgechurch.cc to arrange alternate food accommodations.
